Platform module · Collect
Automate collections.
You set the threshold where collections begins. From there, automation handles the routine and your people handle the exceptions — ranked by priority, with the reasons shown.
Trusted by suppliers across New Zealand and Australia.
From building supply counters to foodservice and rural co-ops.
Your policy, your threshold
You decide when an account enters Collections. Overdue by 0–6 days is normal AR; at 7+ days, or wherever you set it, your Collections process starts. Collect doesn't show you every overdue account — only the ones in your process, and what needs attention.
- Threshold set by you, not by us
- Entry when any invoice reaches it, with total exposure still visible
- Resolved accounts leave the queue but keep their history
Build the workflow you already follow
Lay out the stages your team works to — Day 7, 14, 21, 30, 60 and 90 — and what happens at each. Rules and exceptions decide when automation pauses or changes, and messages go out from templates you have approved.
- Exceptions for high value, Watchtower alerts, disputes, promises to pay and strategic customers
- Approved email and SMS templates for each stage
- Poppy AI helps draft the wording, inside your approved templates
See what would happen before anything is sent
Shadow Mode runs your workflow against live data and shows what it would have done today — without sending a message or changing a customer record. Adjust it until it behaves the way you expect, then switch it on.
- Runs on live data, sends nothing
- “What would happen today?” preview before activation
- Review and activate when you're ready
Priority, not just the oldest debt
Action Required is the queue for your people, sorted by priority rather than age. The score is rules-based, so every Critical or High ranking comes with its reasons — open “Why this priority?” and see exactly what put an account at the top.
- Days overdue and stage, amount and total exposure
- Watchtower signals, broken promises to pay and failed arrangements
- Non-response and overdue next actions
Every customer, one collections record
Each account has a collections record: the full timeline of stages, messages, calls and promises, with an audit trail and Watchtower risk shown alongside — so whoever picks it up next sees the whole story.
- Timeline and audit trail
- Promise to pay and invoice disputes recorded
- Watchtower overlay on the record
Close the loop from credit to cash
Collect completes the lifecycle — onboard, decide, monitor, collect, learn. How customers pay feeds back into Watchtower and your automated decisioning, so the next credit decision knows what the last one learned. Automation handles the normal. Humans handle the exception.
The framework
Six steps to collections success.
