Webhooks: we tell your system when something happens
When a key event happens in 1Centre, we automatically send the details straight to your system, so nobody has to re-key anything. Events we can send:
- An application is approved, declined, completed or left incomplete
- A new lead comes in
- A PPSR registration is lodged
- A Watchtower alert is raised
External API: your system asks us, or tells us, something
Your system can connect to 1Centre securely at any time to:
- Pull application data and reports (e.g. all applications in a date range, filtered by status)
- Look up or update a customer's account number and PIN, keeping 1Centre and your system in sync
- Start a new application from your own system (available for selected partner integrations)
