  • What counts as a user on Pro?

    A user is a named person on your team who logs in to 1Centre from your team. Pro includes up to 5 users. More users can be added at $25 per user per month. Your customers filling in applications, and their guarantors, are not users.

  • What if we need more than 5 users?

    More users can be added for $25 per month on the Pro Package. An Enterprise Package offers unlimited users — it isn't priced per seat, so your whole team can work in it, and the price follows your volume and the modules you choose instead.

  • How is volume measured on Enterprise?

    Broadly, by the applications you process and the accounts you manage through 1Centre. Every business trades a little differently, so we'll confirm exactly how it applies to you in a call.

  • Can I add modules to Pro?

    Pro comes with Onboarding, Collect and Watchtower. If you need API Services, PPSR, Rapid Transfer, Card Management, Paperless Direct Debit or Reporting, talk to our team about the right setup for you.

  • Do you work in New Zealand and Australia?

    Yes. 1Centre runs across New Zealand, Australia or both, with local registers and data sources in each.

  • How do contracts and billing work?

    Pro is billed monthly. Contract terms and billing for Enterprise are agreed with you as part of your tailored price — we'll walk you through them before anything is signed.
