Highly motivated and driven, Miriana founded 1Centre as a result of supporting other businesses with setting up systems and processes in her spare time. From the horse’s mouth “I just couldn’t quite figure out why opening accounts was so laboriously manual, repetitive and time consuming” – so she set out on a journey spanning over two years to interview as many Suppliers and Business Consumers as she could, about what their experiences were like with opening trade accounts – as a result, 1Centre came to life. With over 20years banking experience, a passion for making life easier for business (herself included), and a BBS in Management & Sales, she has all the right ingredients to roll her sleeves up and drive 1Centre forward.
As Commercial Manager, Michael is all about customers, new and existing, to make sure they have all the information they need to improve their own business and customer experience. He is university-qualified in business administration (Marketing), and has experience in sales and marketing roles across multiple B2B industries, a Fortune 150 diversified manufacturing company and technology start-ups. He is excited by 1Centre’s future, specifically when it comes to bringing true innovation and sustainable technology to business, and by the prospect of expanding 1Centre into other countries.
